It is not all that surprising to find out that there are more smartphone accessories sold every year than there are smartphones being sold. Next, we have smartphone faceplates and protective covers. These are usually used to protect the smartphones touchscreen ( if applicable) from scratches and smudges. They change the outward appearance of the smartphone, but do not always act as a protection device. Most of these covers are very inexpensive and range from $10-$35. Certainly the smartphone accessory you would want for a quick change of smartphone personality.

Finally, we look at memory extension. This smartphone accessory usually comes in the form of a Micro SD card. This is a very tiny memory card that can hold between 256 and 30 gb of storage. The most common is a one or two gigabyte. These can be fitted into the side of the smartphone or next to the battery. The perfect accessory for storing extra music or work documents. Most smartphones wont handle more than a gigabyte or two of extra storage, so don’t rush out and get a huge card without knowing what your phone supports.
There are dozens of other smartphone accessories out there to choose from, from trackballs to belt cases.
